studied painting at Falmouth School of Art and graduated in 1992. He now teaches painting, print-making and drawing from his studio in the centre of Oxford. He has maintained his connection with Cornwall and regularly returns to the Cornish coast to paint. His work is colourful, exuberant, vibrant and evocative and has s sense of place. Kieran says he is making paintings "not of the landscape, but what the landscape feels like to be in ". He is an impassioned and energetic teacher.
